Walter Porter

Wally Porter joins the Merrill Thomas -Gillis Team bringing a broad range of experiences and skills to engage and serve the needs of clients seeking real estate solutions.

Born in Wilton, NY and growing up in the South Glens Falls and Lake George area, Wally spent many years in the restaurant industry. In 2010, he moved to the Adirondacks opening his own restaurant before starting his property management business. He works with many clients throughout the Garnet Hill area and North River.

Wally’s work experience and small business ownership provides a valuable experience in customer and client relations that will assist his real estate clients in selling their property or in search of their dream property in the Adirondacks.

In his spare time, Wally enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking when he is not spending time with his fiancé, children and grandchildren.
