The Dining House, built in 1896, includes 3,600 sq. ft. with 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, country kitchen, formal dining room, 2 stone fireplaces, and multiple covered porches.
Guests will have access to one of the largest boathouses on Lake Placid Lake. At 3,000 sq. ft. guests will be able to use 2 boat slips as well as access to an expansive dock perfect for sunbathing. The upper level of the boathouse includes a fieldstone fireplace, kitchen, and multiple decks to enjoy some of the best mountain views Lake Placid has to offer.
Within the 4-acre property, guests will come across a private Har-Tu tennis court and a 10 seat movie theater cottage.
Guest of Camp Midwood will be within walking distance of the Whiteface Inn Golf Course, as well as dining options at the Lake Placid Lodge and Whiteface Club and Resort.

Please be advised that no motorized boats are accessible to guests. However, the owner will provide one open slip to use in the chance guests elect to rent a motorized boat. The following non-motorized watercraft are available for guest enjoyment:
