Robert Politi started his real estate career in 1973. He has been a prominent Adirondack area real estate appraiser and broker for over 50 years and awarded the MAI distinction from the Appraisal Institute in 1983. Roby has appraised many of the historic Adirondack Great Camps and iconic waterfront estates. He is recognized by New York Courts as a valuation expert and has prepared real estate appraisal services for New York State agencies, major corporations and the IRS.
Today, Roby concentrates primarily on estate valuations, fractional interest appraisals, and conservation easements. His associate Steve Detwiler is also a NYS Certified General Appraiser.
