Bob’s Bio

Bob is based in Blue Mountain Lake, covering real estate interests in the Central Adirondacks over the past 20 years. Within this mountains & lakes region the individually unique communities of Indian Lake, Blue Mt., Raquette Lake, Newcomb and Long Lake are great places to land and make your Adirondack home.

During the summer you can find Bob and his family at Curry’s Cottages along the shore of Blue Mountain Lake. Established by great grandparents in 1900, Curry’s is among the oldest family run endeavors in the Adirondacks. Stop by for a visit at sunset and see why guests return year after year.

Bob graduated from Indian Lake Central and attended Union College. Bob’s early career in forestry/logging and then building construction helped develop, respect the value of land and appreciate the quality of structure. Each property and building are different; to recognize and value those unique qualities is the work Bob enjoys now.

Invested in the community where you live and work, Bob is still an active volunteer fireman, EMS driver and former EMT since 1975. Fire District Commissioner currently. Indian Lake Zoning Board of Appeals – 13 yrs., Active Board Member Blue Mt Lake Association.

Bob and Carrie raised their daughter Reed and son Kyle here in the Adirondacks. Now Kyle, Reed and their families live in Vermont. The trip, the visit to Vermont is always great but the coolest part is always the drive south of Burlington and the wonderful view across Lake Champlain to the skyline view of the Adirondack Mountains, the way home.
