Denise’s Bio

Denise Wilson Bujold is a native of Lake Placid. Graduating from Lake Placid High School, she furthered her education at Endicott College, University of Denver & Plattsburgh State.

Her travels following college brought her back to Lake Placid for the 1980 Winter Olympics when she served as Assistant to the Chief of Protocol. For the next 10 years, she lived and worked in Mammoth Lakes California at Mammoth Mt. as Assistant Director of the Day Care & Ski program. Moving back to Lake Placid in 1991, she entered the hospitality business, purchasing and managing Harbor Hill Cottages/Adirondack Vacations, and got her Real Estate license.

Denise continues her work in these two professions, as well as many Volunteer Organizations. For about 10 years, she co-chaired the LPCA Joy to the Children Benefit, volunteered for ORDA in hospitality, Empire State games, LPCA, and Ironman. She has served on the board of the Lake Placid Skating Club and is currently Secretary of the Mirror Lake Watershed Association, a member of the Lake Placid/North Elba Tree board, Volunteer of the Year Committee, Community Day Committee, and Appearance Committee.
